ANNOUNCEMENTS

- The season is underway and unfortunately there has been a boat load of injuries. Check out the section below to view all current injured NHLers.


- ADD DROPS are flying in a record rate. So far we have over 23 add drops this season.

- Remember that you are permitted 5 add drops for the season at $10 per Add/Drop

- TRIP UPDATE: Bullet has contacted CANTERBURY GREENS and has determined that the resort no longer accepts partial week rentals (only monthly) so it looks as though we will be looking elsewhere. There are a few of us researching similar destinations (4 hours away, local bars, golf, etc.). Please feel free to help out and search around.

- In the left hand column, you will find TEAM PROFILE PAGES. Here, you can see Personal Information (contact me if something is incorrect), Team Rosters, Number of ADD DROPS remaining, Final Standings for each GM over the past 4 season and the Draft Picks owned.

NEW FORUM FOR CHATTING


Underneath the Site Title Bar, I have put a FORUM section where you can click the link and you will be directed to another page where our league members can chat, chirp, and talk about hockey.  There are several topic areas (called Forums) where you can discuss all things hockey.  Sign Up as a user by clicking on the REGISTER link in the top bar and follow along in the action.   Forums are pretty fun places to get indepth about particular topics.

Once the new page opens, click on the linked number under the heading Topics in the Introduction/Tutorial Forum section and all the TOPICs will load.  Once you are signed up, you will be free to voice your opinions.

Work your way up the rankings by posting more and more times.  Go from VIRGIN, to Fourth LINER, to 3rd Liner, to 2nd Liner, to1st Liner, to Hall of Famer, to Elite Superstar and to many others.  Post your own topic or follow along on someone elses.  It's a great place to become more knowledgeable about hockey and specifically fantasy hockey.

BEHIND THE LEGENDARY LEAGUE

Fantasy Hockey Keeper League was established in 2005-06 and represents hockey knowledge from Dresden, Thamesville, Bothwell, Florence, and Chatham.

All grown up and scattered across the world, 20 friends compete annually to be named the Ultimate Fantasy Hockey Champion.

Please feel free to send me any bets or wagers you might have with people in the pool regarding finishing ahead of them, bets on players production and anything else you can think of. You guys collect when you win.


Eppy - Bubba Bet:
Wager = $10
Details: Bubba bets Eppy that Vanek will finish the 2010-11 regular season with more points than Matt Duchene (note: if neither player plays 72 games then the bet becomes void)

Eppy - Irwin Bet:
Wager = $150
Details: Irwin bets Eppy that the leaf's make the playoffs in the 2010-11 season. Eppy say's the leafs do not.

Randy-Evans Bet
Wager: $20
Details: Evans must finish in the top 5 sometime in the next 5 years (Beginning 2009-10 season)

Bullet-Evans Bet
Wager: Loser Pays 2010-11 Entry Fee
Details: Evans must finish in the top 15 or he owes.
